ITology's Inventory/Audit is unique in that it is done in 3 phases.

Phase 1

Consists of an interview with the head and appointed staff to identify any problems or concerns.

Phase 2

Is carried out by either 1 or 2 Technical Engineers and consists of a rigorous on-site, hands-on survey and compiling of accumulated data.

Phase 3

Is presentation of findings. Some of the areas in the presentation include:

-A complete network report.
-Network Administration Information Document (also called Network A.I.D.)
-A Network diagram
-Complete inventory of all IT Equipment and infrastructure
-Current market Valuation of assets

- A list of prioritized recommendations with a ROI attached.
