With continuing  advancement in Broadband Internet access and modern technology, this is an efficient option which involves an Engineer remotely accessing a system server and where appropriate, PC’s and workstations to allow them to trouble-shoot and although not always a substitute for an on-site visit it can provide a cost effective option ensuring “Faults” if they arise, minimising downtime and financial loss.

Charges for this service are based on £15.00 per incident

OR £30.00 per hour if the incident takes over an hour.
